Olympus EM10 II

Bought primarily for 5 axis stabilization and silent mode. I think complaints about poor high ISO performance are unwarranted. Got the wi-fi image transfer situation working after a few glitches and it's quite straight forward and less daunting than what I experienced with the Panasonic GX7's. I'm not crazy about the door on the battery/SD card compartment because it puts the card right next to the door making it difficult to remove, so wireless transfer to my phone, and then upload to Google Photos comes in handy and is very easy to set up. Make sure to go to the gear menu in Import Photos in the Image Share app, to change the default 2048 maximum long side to original size, if you want all the content of your images. Since Photoshop CS6 (standalone) does not have raw conversion for the raw files, I'm using Harald Heim's MetaRaw plug-in for Photoshop to open the raw images in Photoshop. Had no idea how much I was going to enjoy this model. As with other Oly micro43 models I've removed the triangular strap holder from the strap ring on the left. I use a hand strap on the right side, through that side's triangle. I don't allow the camera to hang from that strap for any extended period of time because I've read many accounts of those holders pulling out from the camera bodies. Despite that possibility, I don't think I've enjoyed another micro 43 as much as I enjoy this one.
