Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM

Arrived July 24, 2006 - Fell in love with it, July 24, 2006. The IS is amazing. The lens has become my favorite of all times lens. Update: I bought this lens before there was much out there about the Tamron 17-50. If you are considering a lens in this zoom range and are concerned about the price of the Canon take a look at the Tamron...which has just come out with a stabilized version. I cannot wait to get this lens. I think it will be purrrrfect for me especially since I only have the "kit" lens with my Canon 350D

ive heard alot of great things about this lens and just a few complaints, so I think you must be loving it by now!

This is turning out to be a super lens for you. The photos have such a "natural" look.
