Tastin n Racin Hydroplane Races that took place June 7 & 8, 2008 on Lake Sammamish, Washington. Featured were the modern turbines and the classic piston Unlimited Hydroplanes. The highlight of the weekend was when the turbine powered Miss Beacon Plumbing ran side by side for several laps with the grand old lady Miss Bardahl. For a life long hydro fan like myself it just does not get any better than that!
