Tondo Squatter Camp North of the Pasig River Philippines
Tondo is a section of Manila separated from the rest of the city by a heavily polluted river. It is one of the most densely populated regions of the world with approximately 65,000 people per square kilometer. Most of it is a giant squatter camp. Foreigners rarely visit this place so most people thought I was a member of an NGO. They often complained to me about conditions. Anger at the Government runs high here.
