My rickshaw driver interpreted this man's story as he showed me his scar. I do not know if the story is true and I do not know if the rickshaw driver interpreted it properly.

He claimed that he had two daughters and one son. The Maoists had come to his home and asked that his son volunteer for their militia. He refused and was told he could choose to give up one son or both daughters. He still refused and was stabbed. They took his son and he has not been seen since.

I delivered to him the pictures of both his daughters that evening. He cried when looking at the images.

Not very uncommon; probably a true story.

You have outdone yourself. Life shall never be the same for you...or for those whose lives you gently touched.
