This is a collection of "experiments" with my brand new Fujifilm X-E1 while on a road trip to California. Nothing like learning the intricacies of a new camera in the field!

Raw file conversion is still an issue with this camera since Adobe still hasn't found the recipe for properly decoding the files. So, I'm experimenting with other software and results are very encouraging. It's a great little camera; a real joy to use.

UPDATE: Adobe now does a reasonable job of X-Trans RAW conversions however Capture One seems superior so this now my software of choice. Images in subsequent galleries will be processed using Capture One 7 software.
