Great Pictures! They are the best I've found thus far on the internet. The tourist board should hire you to represent this island as you do it so beautifully.

Hello from Ottawa area. A small world. Very beautiful pictures. We're planning to go to Grande for the wedding early 2006. I know I know it's kind of late to plan for this. But if you have any recommendation or suggestion pls let us know. Did you book it through any travel agency? Was it all inclusive? Was the wedding part included as well? I'm also very much interested to know where Mel got her wedding dress:) Thanks for sharing. Linda

I'm really glad to find your pictures. We're going to the Grande 07/04 to 07/11 and will be getting married on the property. Your pictures are great and the Gazebo looks like the perfect location for our ceremony. Congratulations and thanks for sharing. Jill & Alan

Your pictures are excellent i am getting married on the 17 june at the grande what is the best location on site to do this/ can you recommend any extras, also what time of year did you go the weather looks super

I will also be going to the Grande in October 05 & want to know what kind of room you got & how it was. I am thinking of getting a lagoon swim up room, is it worth the price? Great pictures, I feel even more excited about my trip/wedding!

Nope, really no tipping necessary. If you try, they will refuse! We got there with $5 Canadian, seriously. If you're planning on any of the trips outside of the resort, I'd suggest you bring some American, (or exchang for Eastern Carribean Dollars) so that you can tip your guides, but other than that, absolutely no tipping while on the resort.

Hello from New Jersey, USA (I used to live in Saint John, NB Canada)! Great pictures. My fiance and I will be staying at the Grande in late May 2005, for our Honeymoon!! We're both very excited, and can't wait for the vacation.

Quick question: I haven't read anything on tipping. I have been to a few Carribean Islands before. Usually, when you stay at all inclusive resorts, they tell you tipping isn't necessary... but we all know that an extra couple singles will get you a drink faster... Did you get that impression at the Grande?

What are the odds? We also live in the Ottawa area!! Gorgeous pictures. Did you hire a photographer as well? If so, how did the pictures turned out? I'm getting married at the Grande in March and I'm starting to get nervous. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any words of wisdom that you would like to share.

My husband and I are headed for the Grand St. Lucian on Dec.4, and we read your review on Trip Advisor and couldn't resist a peek at the pics. GORGEOUS pictures!! We're from Canada as well (Toronto), and now we're soooooooo excited to get there. It just looks stunning. We've read some pretty disturbing reviews of the place, but judging from your pictures.........how can we possibly have a bad time. Congratulations on your wedding!
