So I thought I'd pick up six 60 lb bags of asphalt patch to fix my driveway. As is often the case, the solution is a bit more involved than one first expects. That is a MAJOR understatement in this case. It took me 3 hours to break up the top layer of 1/3 of the drive. But hauling it away would be another matter. Luyckily, i came to me senses and solicited repaving quotations. The first guy (most responsive) not only got the job, but did it the next morning after we went over the estimate. Everyone else was saying they'd get back to me or were booked 3 and 4 weeks out!
