Governor Brian Schweitzer hosted meetings with each tribal government in Montana's beautiful state capitol building in Helena on February 9, 2010.

The Tribal Leaders Summit is convened annually to encourage state-tribal dialogue and to honor the government-to-government relationship between the state and tribal governments. During the meetings, tribal chairs and presidents had an opportunity to speak about the issues impacting their people and priorities for state-tribal work in 2010.
