These are photos taken very recently (beginning September 2008) with my two "new" camera bodies - the Nikon D2h (x2). While many people today overlook this classic Nikon pro body because of low megapixel output (4 mp), metering problems, and archaic low light performance compared to today's 5d's and D3's, for me it produces amazing results. And because of its small file size (meaning that shooting RAW becomes a pleasure!), blazingly-fast AF performance (even compared to today's pro cameras), and 8 frames per second performance (can you say machine gun?) it makes for an amazing photojournalistic tool! Oh yeah, and then there's cost. While the D2h would have set you back about 4 grand in 2003, today a great condition body shouldn't cost you more than 500-700 bucks Canadian! I LOVE these cameras! (All photos taken with the Nikkor 17-55mm f2.8; the Nikkor 20-35mm f2.8; or the Nikkor 85mm f1.8.)
