Progress

I'm back from a 4 day trip and have lot's of images to show for it.
I have been looking for an image to this title for some time and have found nothing....
This was it an new Cargill concrete elevator with and old grain bin in the fore ground.
New grain terminals are not my thing but this really shows off the "Progress" side of life.
Just how many of these small bins would it tke to fill that monster in the distance?

Well seen! I agree with you about starting with a title. I have an image I would to add to this title - a Part II! I think it fits well.

Its a great contrast, but even the modern terminal in the distance has some photographic potential and would probably look good in a night shot perhaps? (the old bin wins it for character though!)

Welcome back Mike. I’m quite sure you have several images to show us. This is a great image for your title, the twilight is perfect and the bit of grass hides that ugly concrete terminal just enough to soften its hardness.

Great comparison shot. How long did it take to construct the new silos?
