American History

While shooting Grain Elevators in north Montana we came apon this neat little piece
of American history. This is a Coal Dealers License from 1928.
I was issued to the Whitewater Farmers Elevator for the year of 1928.
It still remains in the elevator along with a host of other old items.
To find this is great as it dated the elevator to pre 1928!!!
You should have seen my face when we found this......WOW
It looks like this was the first licence issued with others over top, I would take it
that the others were removed by collectors but this one remains......

other sizes: small medium original auto

The rewards of exploration! It's amazing that paperwork is still in readable condition.

Tangible History. That's what I am talking about. Awesome find Mike. This is the kind of stuff that makes my day when I find it. If you were like everyone else, driving by and looking from your car, you would have never found this. Awesome.
