This elevator was moved to this farm 5 miles west of Tate sometime in the 70's. The driveway was distroyed by a plow wind a few years back. This elevator though it is ton's sits on wooden blocks almost in the open.

Great picture. My family was from Tate; my great grandparents and a great uncle are buried in the cemetary there. The family homestead was a few miles NW of the town. Sad that the town has been obliterated over time, so this picture is invaluable; thanks for posting it!
