As most of you know I shoot and have shot thousands of old cars and trucks.
Most are singles out near a barn or old house others in an over-grown yard or left to rust in a slough or field.
I do get to capture the odd "collection" as I like to call them and in my mind there must be over twenty or so.
Most of the collections are a mix of early 50's to early 60's cars and trucks.
I get very excited when I happen upon a 60's muscle car as most of the country side has been well picked over.
Here this 1967 Chevelle SS 396 sits among the rusting 60's cars and old machinery.
While most complete and with lot's of work you could start a restoration.
The cowl tag on this car denotes it as an SS 396 Chevelle with bucket seats (A51) Royal Plum (MM) paint and Medium Fawn (768) interior.
Other interesting facts it was a 4 speed car and was a Canadian built on the first shift of the 25th November 1966.
Yes a very early SS396 Big Block Chevelle production number 244764
