Fall In The Valley

I travelled this road twice this week...yes twice...more like four times the same place.
You get my drift, I was busy at the mine. This is from a spot thats near a curve on a hill.
Not so good of place to stop but what the heck...I just had to get this one shot.
I had hoped for a few more colors and leaves on the trees but fall is almost over.
So I took what I could get with this one, but it does show how dry it has been down south
all summer as the grass has looked like this since mid August.
Oh and 2 points if Glenn can name the town...I know we knows it well.....

Fall has barely begun here and we've not had a killing frost yet so colors are muted still. It sure is barren looking out there - nothing like where I am. Well captured Mike.

Wonderful spot Mike; makes for a great shot, especially this time of year - overlooking Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan - 2 points please.

A thirsty landscape for sure. Looks like much of the Southwest does in these drought times. A very peaceful scene!

Cool looking vista. You can see for miles from that hill.

Fall has not yet begun here. Can't wait til it comes!
