It takes some practice to be at the helm, holding the tiller.
When the wind fills both sails, a small move at the tiller would totally change the direction and
of course the point of sail, hence the performance of the boat.
Here, we're just getting out of port, still under auxilliary power.
The main sheet is at the left upper corner, the black boom on top.
With a head wind, the main sail is stable. But with a stern wind (blowing from behind), the sail can easily swing
from one side to the other, passing over the head very rapidly!
When that happens, one has to be very careful not to be hit by the boom!
