Teens on the street are probably the most at risk group. At first they may be fearful but soon learn. Often groups of these kids will ban together, put on a face of tough hard indifference for protection.
This girl may be a run away. a drug addict or homeless for any number of reasons. It is easy for teen age girls to fall into prostitution to take care of their needs. They are still not adults.
These are our citizens of tomorrow. Could we do better?
