I love this photo for the mood it conveys and for the moment it was taken, I like the rainy atmosphere, which is not gloomy, but simply a bit melancholy and, as a consequence, thought provoking.
It’s very well taken with a right balance of light, and an excellent sharpness.
It captures a little town, which wakes up to face a new day, with all the elements which makes the spirit of a little town and too often are neglected or considered banal.
I would have slightly cropped it on the left, just very little, to eliminate the detail of the street lamp and a little object which is over it by the cables.
It’s just a detail, but I think the photo would have been better without that.
