Hi Bill,
I want to thank you for raising such a wonderful puppy, Happy (aka Jessica). We took her to the vet yesterday for the first check up, and she was very healthy. The vet was quite impressed at how Happy took the needles like a champion, considering how tiny she was (only 3 pounds). She did not cry or whine at all. My dad, on the other hand, frowned when he saw the big needles as if he was the one getting the shots. On the way back from the vet's, Happy slept like a baby in my dad's arms. But she was fully energetic and running around when she got to Tina's store only a hour later.
Happy is still too small to run up and down the stairs, but my parents' have water bowls and pee pads on every floor of the house. Happy is very good about peeing on the pads. Happy is smart and funny. She already figured out the kitchen is where the food is, and she would charm us with her cutest little face and beg for food standing on her hind legs. She probably learned it from your other dogs. Absolutely hilarious!
Happy is a bundle of joy. My parents adore her very much. I also want to say that I love all you other dogs, especially Jenny. She is a beautiful and gentle lovable dog.
