I love trees. Not enough to hug. Please.
Running cross country in high school through
woods and corn fields and country roads got me
addicted to runners' high. There's nothing like it.
It's not the same on a treadmill. I need scenery.
Not the same running through the neighborhood, either.
It absolutely has to be in the woods.
OK. I'm done. Be back after I do 1moremile.

What I like best about this one is the bright green moss. No matter what the temperature, it's ready to take in a little sun. In fact, all the colors are rich and bright here. A breath of fresh air that you'd never get on an indoor treadmill.

And all this time I thought "1 more mile" was a gospel reference! Finally I get that it's your love of running. Oh, well. Not being a runner myself, maybe I can be excused for prolonged slowness.

we got a little of this weather today.... cold and snowy.... and i didnt enjoy it much... since i spent several hours negotiating it in my car on a slow highway filled with accidents.......ah winter!
