Well, now I wonder whether the antonym to the tap is the sink ... at least I think.

Superb catch, Daniel! I love the crust on the tap a lot and the drop is marvelous.

All my fault is it!!!!! LOL!!! You are a very funny man, bottles! Daniel, bottles is absolutely correct...faucet, tap, spigot, whatever ;-)) you took a fabulous photograph!!

Daniel, actually your use of the word "tap" was just fine, it was not a mistake. The words "faucet" and "tap" (also "spigot") are "synonyms". Synonyms are different words with similar or identical meanings and they are perfectly interchangeable. Antonyms are words with opposite or nearly opposite meanings. I think I just used the word "faucet" because Denise did, it's all her fault I tell you :-)

Denise, Bottle: Aside your always welcome comments, in this particular case thanks for teaching me english! (I replaced "tap" by "faucet" in the caption field).

Wow, that's really an old looking faucet! What a great idea for the challenge Daniel and so well carried out. Perfect focus with no distracting elements, just a extraordinary view of an ordinary object! Very nice indeed!

Dan, what a fabulous shot!!!! Lots of wonderful detail in both the faucet and the droplet! Great DOF.
