Cat said it already but I too love the background color of early evening letting the speckled lights do their dance without becoming totally bleached out. -tv

Nice comp and great time of the day to take a night scene, while the sky still has the last remnants of the day light. the little lights, like stars add a great charm. Great exposure too, as you have no BHs other than where it should be.

Except for the modern street lights, it reminds me of an impressionist painting. I especially like the silhouetted figures in the foreground.
