This picture serves to break my first resolution of this year which was to not post on the first challenge so as to avoid the stress-inducing pressure at the end of 2008 to keep up the streak. As you can see by the fact that I can't seem to give up participating in the challenge, I am not particularly good at keeping resolutions. Let's hope that after three years of making the resolution to get my PHR Certification, that this will be the lucky year that it happens. I suppose it would help if I studied the material and actually signed up for the test.
