This photo is a multiple exposure photo. 32 exposures on one frame shot at 125 @ f16. Notice how the water looks like I did a slow shutter exposure, but if you look closely you can see evidence of stop action like you get at the higher shutter speeds...an interesting combination of both slow shutter speed and high shutter speed looks.
