Hopefully, like the phoenix, Barangay Hulo will rise from the ashes of its mediocre existence. The new leadership of Chairman Flor de Leon is expected to revitalize and bring Hulo up from the mire it was languishing in during the tenure of its previous leadership.

Hopefully, the new chairman will learn to harness the potential of the barangay's citizenry and become a rallying factor to make Hulo a cohesive and potent power in Mandaluyong's existence.
