Home of the official Texas State Bison Herd, although we only saw three bison bulls,
this being one of them, and being at quite a distance from the observation deck.
I hope there are some bison cows around somewhere, for the sake of the herd, but
they were nowhere to be seen when I was there. Very disappointing.
