Oscar’s seemed crowded but we found a parking spot and were seated right away on the patio. It was bustling and that’s good to see. We ordered some Hop Valley IPAs and guacamole with chips. There was a couple seated next to us with a baby who was very well behaved and, anytime a fuss seemed to be looming, one of the parents would leave with the child until he calmed down. It took awhile for them to eat this way but we appreciated it.

Sharon ordered a mahi taco and I a shredded pork burrito. Everything was great and we headed back to the cabin around 9ish. We sat for awhile on the porch of our cabin and watched a little bat swoop in and out of one of the parking lot lights. It was a beautiful evening. We read in bed for awhile to reacquaint ourselves with the plots we’d gotten involved with on the flight in. Finally we dropped off to sleep on our last night in Utah.
