I saw a splash of pink at the back of my garden, so stepped intrepidly into the undergrowth, risking having a snake slither over my foot, to take a photo.
It started to rain just as I got my camera pointed, then Teddy decided to run through the flowers as he so often seems to, so I had to wait a couple of minutes for them to stop moving, then quickly grabbed this shot before heading back indoors.
These Michaelmas Daisies are a slightly more pink colour than the regular ones, of which I have a clump also.

TO THOSE WHO HAVE COMMENTED THAT THEY LOOK PURPLE, THE FLOWERS DO LOOK MORE PINK TO MY EYE THAN THEY APPEAR ON SCREEN BUT THEY ARE ACTUALLY MORE OF A PINKISH BLUE THAN THE REGULAR BLUE ONES, THAT'S ALL I WAS TRYING TO SAY.....
