I have a huge affection for this sandstone rock that I think resembles the prow of some washed up wreck of a ship. That on it's own probably wouldn't cause me to keep returning instead it is the little sandstone plates stacked one on top of the other and smoothed by the action of the sea that really lights my fire. Get down low and all sorts of delicious patterns are revealed. On this occasion I was taking out a group of photographers from Inverness Camera Club and introducing them to the rich visual delights of Hopeman.
