I knew Mr. Perry in the early 1960s. He owned a flying service in Brunswick and I used to hang around for a little free flying time when one of his pilots made a short hop. When I asked what he'd done with his 22 lb. 4 oz. bass he gave me the answer I'm sure he gave to countless others who asked: "We ate it!"
