Very Large Grains *

On a Rooftop in Seattle, WA

My company is bidding on a design contract for a replacement of chillers and air conditioning equipment for a local hospital. I brought along my "old" digital camera, to get pictures of the "old" equipment. I took this shot while walking along the roof, looking at cooling towers and other roof-mounted equipment. I couldn't resist taking a shot for "personal" reasons, since I was there anyway.

Those look like pretty nice pebbles for a roof Charlie. I wonder if Rod did install the equipment and that is the reason it is in need of replacement :-) Actually, I'm sure Rod was very meticulous worker. Intersting how your job title for the same thing changed in each country you lived in Rod. If I were to move back to Canada my job title work go from Dental Technician to Dental Mechanic- guess they use socket wrenches and hammers to get the teeth made there :-0

Very on topic with the large grain, literally. :)

Nice "Grain" and detail in well exposed B&W looks great on my screen. Sounds like Rod is pitching for a new topic, "Professions". Actually not a bad idea. -tv

I would have liked to see your picys of the chillers & cooling towers Charlie as I've spent the last 30 odd years installing them. Mostly I did the main plant rooms, I'm a Pipe Fitter Welder (UK) which is called Mechanical Plumber in Oz & Steamfitter in Canada. I've been out of the construction game for about 6 years now.
