This is really nice. I like the diagonal angle of his body and how it relates to the frame. Great smile. I'd like to see the other pics you took!

This is a nice portrait. I like the way the blue of his shirt sort of reflects on his face... it makes the warmth of his skin tones really stand out. Also the pose is nice. You could take the drum sticks out and it would be just as nice, but having them there in the middle makes them a bit of a focus without being distracting. I like too that his shirt is untucked and the sleeves are rolled up... the dressiness of the shirt is made casual buy that. :) Great work.
