Scot, you're not supporting the troops by putting them in harm's way for an unnecessary cause. The government duped the country into getting into this stupid war with false intelligence, and the democrats were wimpy enough to go along with it. If you don't support the war, or the troops, that is your choice. but to make a claim like this shows either your lack of intelligence of an unwillingness to deal with reality. This war was approved and funded by several different acts from congress. If you wish to make this claim please tell which specific articles of the constitution this war violates.
