Speed-walkers are out of control these days, I think you have to use high-speed pixels. If you don't want the motion blur, that is -- I think it's a cool effect and it can mask unsightly blemishes.

Larry, this is possibly a time travelling tourist, the only way to identify them is with a photograph. Their atoms being out of sync with this "time" causes a blurred picture.
