LOL... this reminds me of a town I lived not far from in Georgia.
Kennesaw, GA required all homeowners to own a gun.

I love the irony of this....suspect someone over here in UK will come up with something similar, now a ban on smoking in public places....which covers almost everything...came into effect this month.

I wonder if there are programs to help people start smoking? Patches to induce cravings, etc.? Maybe unhealth insurance would cover 'em.
