Golden Eye

Garden Pond, Beckenham, Kent, England.

James Bond inspired. I got in very close and very low to this motionless frog sitting in a small garden pond. I realised quickly that it was the frog's golden eye that held all the fascination for me, so I used minimal depth of field and focussed all my attention on recording the beautiful colours there. You can see my washing line and my house in the black of his eye. Anyway I think it works, the eyes have it!!!
