View is at the Red Banks looking down towards Mt Shasta City. There was no snow in the Gulch, so it was an incredibly long hike down.

in the old days , the forest service recommended you climb in august or september , better weather , but NO SNOW TO GLISSADE !!!!! WAY TOO MUCH FOOT PAIN !!!!
