Count To Ten

Holiday preparations have you all tied up in knots? Lost sight of the "good will towards men" part of the season? Got a cat? Invite her (or him) into your lap. (No use to place her there. She probably won't stay there - has to be her idea to visit.) Stroke her gently as you listen to the purring and feel the vibrations. Breathe in deeply, maybe run your cheek over her fur. You are really blessed to have the gift of one of the greatest natural tranquilizers in the world. Enjoy the peaceful moments.

Lovely photo, story sounds like a commercial... Made me smile.

i echo those words, you can't beat the unconditional love from a cat, Jas has taken to sleeping on the bottom of the bed and greets me when i wake up at 1:45 am for work!.

Cats are a wonderful stress remover! I especially love it when Pogo stands by my head for me to rise the covers for him to get under the blankets and then gives me a wonderful lick of thanks!

Not so peaceful though when they decide to wake you up at 3am by rubbing your face with a wet nose and purring like steam train ! Which is exactly what Murphy did last night - why ? Who knows ! LOL
