I was talking to someone at the time when suddenly the owl opened its beak wide open. At first I thought it was a yawn so expected it to be over quick. When it kept its beak wide open I knew it was more than that. Didn't even have time to check the settings on the camera when I pointed it at the owl and fired off a few shots.
