Perhaps they are queing for a shower - Greatlines and I like those little silhouette figures walking under the arch of water.

Yes, the composition and the timing are both great. What I really like too is the depth with the tiny figures in the background. They seemed to be watching the scene. What exactly were the firemen doing? I'm curious. Voted.
