We moved to Pearland, Texas, recently. Before we could unpack everything this lovely lady came up on our front porch to welcome us. I scurried about trying to find my camera gear and get it set up before she left. Fortunately she waited around long enough for several images. This beauty measured 3.5 inches from tiptoe to tiptoe. I've been told that she is a Wolf spider.
