Challenge: "Breaking the (Compositional) Rules"

I figure that not knowing the compositional rules at all except maybe the rule of thirds,
I'd just take a picture and let everyone tell me exactly what rules I'm breaking. I look
at it as a learning opportunity.

P.S. Yes, normally, I would have at the very least used a tripod on this shot, but as I forgot the
tripod at home, and since it was supposed to be a rule breaker, I decided a hand held, no flash and thus blurred shot would be fine. However, I did try to stop the reflction from the window blinds
and in retrospect, I probably should have left those in, to make this truly bad. Odd how the
brain wants to fix the bad things automatically.

fuzzy image - centered - needs to be cropped better - etc - well done! ;-)
