Milk and sugar are ready to be added to the Grape Nuts Flakes. The blue-topped
container holds energy bars and other dry food. The black-and-silver thing is an
insulated bag that I bought in Moab. It was an excellent ($12) investment: big
enough and efficient enought for an overnight trip and its webbing carrying handle
was perfect for the ascent to camp. When full it contained ice, a sandwich, milk,
yogurt, sliced peaches, and sliced pears, most of which was in Zip-Loc bags.
