On our way home from Yellowstone I saw this old abandoned home out on the lonely sage brush covered prairie.

I sell real estate for a living and there is nothing more fun to see the excited look on a new home buyers face when you hand them the key to their new home.

Long ago, I'm sure, some family was thrilled with their new home. They may have dreamed of raising cattle or sheep on their new ranch out on the Utah - Wyoming border. Those are dreams now long past. Like many dreams they seem to not have worked out; but, who really knows. Of course we'll never really know the story behind this lonely home. But I'm sure once upon a time this was a dream come true for somebody.
