Developed by local developer Tony Giarratana, it will house a boutique hotel on the bottom ten floors and have between 400 and 500 condo units that will go up for sale later this summer. Construction will start on or before Janurary 31st, 2007 at the corner of Church Street and Fifth Avenue North. It will be the tallest building in the south, tallest residential tower in the United States, and the 5th tallest building overall in the United States. This is a monster that will, and is, drawing international acclaim and attention. Mr Giarrantana is to be commended on his spirit, vision, and desire for Nashville and its built enviroment.
