Incredible mood!

Only one whose eye is so trained , whose sense of aesthetic is so honed, whose formalism is so complete, would see the sheer brilliance of this image through the lens of his camera. Bravo, Maestro! v.

Oh you are a guiding light Adal..always there in the darkness ;-))K
Ana Carloto 05-May-2006 07:34
That blue makes the path inviting despite the darkness. I like the way you've treated this image.
Sharon Rogers 04-May-2006 21:35

Yann Pindeler 04-May-2006 01:52
The treatment is a little bit too rough... but the composition is very clever and leads the eye very well through the scene. Great photo. V

Definetely a winner!!!
I really loved images like these in the cartoons when I was a kid. Asterix & Ovelix must be behind the corner. Only one vote (cause I can't give a thousand)

sweet loosing and finding yourself....
Guest 03-May-2006 15:23
La citation de Novalis est une excellente paraphrase pour cette image...
surtout avec cette lumière orangée qui, au milieu du bleu et du noir, nous guide vers un mystérieux "chez soi".

Heureux qui, comme Ulysse, a fait un beau voyage...
Tres beau.
Jude Marion 03-May-2006 05:22
Stunning!
I love the dark path and buildings set against that twilight sky ... and the lone light - home!
virginiacoastline 03-May-2006 02:16

Phenomenal image. The eye is seduced by the colour, pattern and texture, then drawn to the warm glow of that tiny light at the centre. Bravo!!!
Chris Sofopoulos 02-May-2006 22:07
The framing and theme are simply excellent!
Sue Robertson 02-May-2006 20:59

Clearly a masterpiece Adal. I like the centered spotlight and the pattern of the ground. A great image!! Vote.
