Tall & Twisted

Simi, CA

* 4-19-06 *

Altho you can't see it from this angle, the entire trunk of
this tree appeared to be twisted left to right in an upward
motion ~ a real beauty. The view from directly underneath
was equally stunning, as you can see here. I focused in at
about the half way point on the tree in an attempt to show
the real height in this puppy ~ I love trees!!

A sad note: after only 5 months of (non-stop) use, my Z6 has
a major problem with the first two selections that have to do
with the LCD screen. I have had to take it into the shop &
was warned with all of the changes going on at Konica Minolta,
it could be as long as 4-6 weeks before I see the Z again 8^{

I'm sure I can get use of my Mom's Kodak, but what a piece of
garbage when compared to the Z6... Ah well, so much for any hope
of decent macro shots, eh? Praying the Z will be resurrected soon!!
