Re noise: Some people love NeatImage, some (like me) swear by NoiseNinja. Either should help a lot, and there are other options as well. (You can download free a trial for NoiseNinja, and probably for NeatImage too.) Having said that, it's quite easy here to see past the noise and just appreciate the picture - which is worth appreciating.
