I like the concept of this! You could have all the rooms of a house scattered around the garden, although you would have to take an umbrella with you on bad days to get the bedroom! I still think it would make an interesting modern house though!

This hut has great character and the sepia treatment works very well indeed Laine.

Very informative. It sounds quite funny but very clever solution. :)
The sepia tones too works really well on this shot :) Gmv.

I like how you composed it laine. Your duotone is also very nice.
This is interesting to see those old houses too!

No red-backs in there? The famous outside dunny.. great capture Laine!

I'm betting a 1/2 moon :)
Interesting about the kitchens. Some houses I know have it right in the middle of the house to keep all the rooms warm :)

It IS a dunny isn't it? I love the privacy fence! Looks so good in sepia, Laine.

Nice shot and funny. Had the same idea as antidote: Thought about those little houses in the backyard with a heart on the entrance door.
Guest 12-Mar-2006 23:18
i thought it was an outdoor dunny!! :)

special tones Laine..reminds me of an old beach hut..
An old 1920's flickering movie
Imagining someone in a full body stripey bathing suit running out straight into that panel..

A little serie of this historical site ? Great idea Laine and the sepia adds a beautiful "nostalgique" effect!
