I actually think this is perfect. There are so many details about this I love. The wall of light crashing through the gate is excellent for one thing - as is the beautiful overall tone to the photograph. But it's also so very very cool how the light shifts as you move left to right through the photo and it lights up the tips of the branches on the far top right. I actually agree with the poster below who says it looks like two images, but I would not split them up - like a great piece of art this tells a story as you move through it. It's just yours is told through light and tone. Brilliant and voted.

I like this but
I actually think that you have 2 seperate images here
you could do a crop to the right of the tree including the strong light spilling down the hill
and secondly I think you could crop right on the tree, blocking the strong light and include everything to the right it show a lot of depth in my opinion
I think both are strong images but when together the strong light seems to make anything to the right unnecessary
But hey! I've been wrong many times before
